After a long search, I have asked Dr. Blake Nelson to join my practice.  I’ve treasured working all these years, but I’ve decided it is time to slow down.  I feel lucky to have found an excellent dentist and upstanding person to join our team, and I am confident Dr. Nelson will ensure the same level of exceptional care for years to come.

Dr. Nelson was born and raised down the road in Hickory, North Carolina where he was an Eagle Scout and high school salutatorian. He graduated in the top 10% of his class at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry, and he has received multiple awards for his clinical skills. After completing a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program in San Antonio, Dr. Nelson worked as a general dentist in Charlotte, North Carolina.  He is a member of the Forsyth Dental Society, the North Carolina Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Nelson and his wife, Kelly, are very excited to call Winston Salem home with their dog, Teddy. They enjoy traveling, hiking, and exploring all the great things Winston Salem has to offer.

The addition of Dr. Nelson will enable our office to maintain the same quality of dental care as I decrease my working hours.  The same friendly staff, who have worked with me for years, will remain and continue taking great care of you.

Thank you for entrusting our practice with your family’s dental health, and we look forward to serving you for many years to come.  Please feel free to stop by any time to meet Dr. Nelson and join us in welcoming him to our team.
