This patient came in missing most of the teeth in their arch and, like many people in this situation, had been living with the daily frustrations that come with it: difficulty eating, self-consciousness about their smile, and teeth that could no longer support the confidence they once had. Rather than a traditional denture, we recommended a full arch implant solution, often known as All-on-4 or All-on-X, to give them a permanent, fixed set of teeth instead.
The surgical placement of the implants was completed by a board-certified oral surgeon using advanced 3D imaging and guided planning, anchoring an entire arch of new teeth to just a handful of strategically placed implants. The patient left surgery day with a full set of temporary teeth already in place, so there was no period of going without teeth while healing took place. Once the jawbone had fully healed, we designed and milled the final restoration in-house from monolithic zirodnia, a strong, natural-looking, stain-resistant material, giving full control over the fit, shade, and bite of the finished smile.
